Bank / Wire Transfer
Payment by Bank Transfer is preferred our bank details are shown on the bottom left of your invoice/statement.
Payment by Credit Card is also possible, if you completely fill out our order from we will be able to charge your card and complete your order.
Cash / Money Orders
If sending cash, please use big bills and send discreetly, wrapped in a few sheets of paper. We are not responsible if your cash gets stolen in the mail and advise you to send it via registered mail. You can find our address in the top left of your invoice. Please make sure your invoice number or company name is written on the envelope or inside. If sending a money order, please leave the "pay to" section blank.

Generally, to buy wholesale, you need a state sales tax ID number. We only supply genuine business in the industry with either a brick and mortar store or website. There is a minimum order quantity of 10 packs for all business who qualify.
After receiving payment, you can expect to receive your order within two weeks. If you have a rush on your order, an extra charge will be applied.
VAT, import duties and local taxes might all apply to an order.
In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, BCBD are obliged to charge Dutch VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU, although EU VAT registered businesses may choose to remove the VAT charge by providing us with their VAT registration number at checkout.
The Prices displayed on our pricelist are all defaulted to be exclusive of VAT. If VAT is applicable to your order you are able to view the VAT inclusive order price on your invoice . If VAT is not applicable to your order you will be notified such.
BCBD decides whether or not VAT is applicable based on the delivery country selected. The delivery country is selected as part of the order process.
Below is an explanation of how we handle VAT:
Orders for delivery outside of the European Union (EU)
* VAT is not applicable for orders delivered to countries outside of the EU and will therefore not be charged. However import duties and local taxes may apply when the goods arrive. These are the Customer's responsibility.
Orders for delivery to European Union (EU) member states
* VAT is applicable to all orders to European Union (EU) member states and will be charged at the Dutch rate of 6% or 19% (depending on goods).
* EU VAT registered businesses may choose to remove the VAT charge by providing us with their VAT registration number at order (this does not apply to Dutch VAT registered businesses where VAT must be charged).
Orders for delivery within the Netherlands
* VAT is applicable to all Dutch orders and will be included in the final cost. VAT will be charged at the Dutch rate of 6% or 19% (depending on goods).
Import Duties and Local Taxes
Orders for delivery outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the Customer; BCBD has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the Customer should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, the Customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received. We cannot be held responsible for the illegal import of goods or for spoiled goods that get caught in the customs clearance process.
